I am new to this web site so I will try to be brief, please do not tell me to buy a legit copy etc.I have worked with Logix based software most of my life.
Early on I received a key that was on a USB stick that allowed me to transfer the key onto my notebook. RSLOGIX5000 V19 on a 64-bit operating system. (enabled the key software to run as an administrator and then transfer as XP compatible) No problems the software ran fine for 1 year (I do own a legitimate key as this was purchased software).
Anyway along comes version V20 and it has Factory Talk activation V3.5 when I installed this I now have to register my software on the internet to allow this to work.
I lost V19 as the Activation is now controlled by Factory Talk.
After removing all the RSLogix software and re-installing RSLOGIX5000 V19 I am left with the following conclusion.
Don't bother with RSLOGIX5000 V20Rockwell Master Disk Activation Key
and
Rockwell Master Disk Activation Software
If Factory Talk Activation can be left at V3.2 (came with V19) then perhaps RSLOGIX5000 V20 can run with the same key.
